They want you to speak only in Hindi Unacceptable 3) Room is ok with open windows which does not block street traffic noise, could not sleep all night 4) Reception does not accept valid non Indian ID card, they insist on ID issued by India 5) Breakfast buffet is a joke, just had stale Idly and mediocre food. 6) Over expensive for the amenities provided. "The staff was just outstanding. The entire staff at F&B, and the front office led by Shayne (Duty Manager), have been excellent in their service. Breakfast ( the spread) was very good. Indeed 5 star experience."
