"Strictly ok hotel, nothing out of the ordinary. The hotel room description was deceiving in Expedia. Not all room have air conditioning and there is no way to figure it out if they will assign you air conditioning room or not. We have booked 2 rooms where one had air conditioning but other didn’t. We have to downgrade our room with no refund to get an air conditioning room. I feel it’s Expedia’s responsibility to inform the customer about these nuances. Not happy with all this mess"

"Our family had a great stay in the cave hotel. Great location and awesome views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The Buffett breakfast was fantastic and the staff (host Deniz and cook: Meryem) made the great start to the days with wonderful variety of local food!! The front desk also had available excursions and very helpful. We had a great time at the hotel and surrounding area."

"We've stayed at several different types of accommodations in Cappadocia over the years, and this has been our favorite by far. From the moment we arrived, the smiling receptionist and helpful bellboys made us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of options that changed each day. We also really enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, which were clean, relaxing, and well maintained. The complimentary bottled water and the thoughtful gift of car fresheners as we departed were such a nice finishing touch. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in Cappadocia. Highly recommended!"

"My husband and myself had an Incredible 4 night stay . The location is perfect a walking distance for exploring Capadocia Our cave room was a dream come true beautiful decorated, I have my own pool in my room ❤️. The owner Önder truly care about us that our room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious still in my mind and taste . Önder attention made us feel so welcome . Önder will be in our hearts 💕"
