"Dated. Looks like a room you would take a hooker to. It did not even have USB plug-ins. They didn’t even have half-and-half for the coffee! "The room was clean and bed comfortable. What we appreciated the most was the accommodation being on the bottom floor and near the exit door because of what we had to being in from the car of an overnight stay"

Looks like they’ve been updating rooms. My pre-teen was not happy that the bathroom had no lock but it didn’t become an issue as when there are 3 of you it is easy to know if someone is in the bathroom."

"The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price."

"I read all the reviews on Coachman’s Inn prior to my stay. In Waldron Ark. you have 2 choices, and stayed at other before. Comments about “gal at front desk” lol! I had booked through Expedia, and immediately money for room was taken from my account. Unlike other sites I had used in the past, monies day off, upon arrive.
