"I was having surgery so I couldn't have breakfast but my husband went down and breakfast was being served and he said everything was good and hot. As for the staff, not impressed. She was taking a reservation on the phone and didn't bother to say I'll be right with you and when she got off the phone didn't apologize for my wait. "The breakfast was minimal, when things needed replenished , the one staff on site acted put out and only added items when asked. Two separate hotels ours was the 3rd floor, the smell of pot was overwhelming, and there was a loud machine running in the building at 2 am which made it near impossible to sleep. I pray our next hotel is as advertised."

"The front desk man was wonderful. Sorry I do not remember his name. He offered us a coupon for Texas Roadhouse which we walked there for dinner. Parking was well lit, room was clean but Hampton needs to upgrade their toilets. I thought I was falling, they are so low. Breakfast was hot and easy to navigate."

"This is a great place to stop after a long drive. I was exhausted from a very stressful day and difficult week. When I entered the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and knew I made the correct decision stopping here. It was very clean, comfortable and safe."

"We have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for 8 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and helpful. My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. The cost has outpaced the return and sadly — we will find another place to stay in the future. This is not a reflection on the staff — they are and have always been great."

"The room was great. The outside of the property was a bit run down and the area was so-so. But, that is also practical and expected for the price point. I had a good night's sleep and got back on the road the next day without any issues, so it was a good experience."
