"No complaints and as expected. We were allocated a room on the top floor, and asked for this be be changed but they declined. Also keys didn't work do we had to go backwards and forwards to reception a couple of times."

"The setting of this hotel is stunning, and we had a balcony overlooking the Rhine. Quiet, elegant and relaxing! Currently there is extensive work on the adjoining Castle Rheinfels, but this was not disruptive to the hotel. Lovely breakfast buffet is served in the restaurant with fabulous views of the Rhine. Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. "
