The best part of this property is actually the breakfast, it’s outstanding. The rooms are decent but a bit small. The staff is great and helpful. Whatever you do, try your best not to get a room facing the main road. He gets very loud at night with the traffic and the kids on motorcycles

Very nice hotel in the nice area of Haifa. The hotel is very nice, very clean and very friendly. The room was very quiet and very beautiful. The breakfast was nice in a very nice dining room. We love it very much and we will return.

A very nice property in a good location. Even though it is an older property, it is in good condition. This hotel had one of the better breakfast buffets on our trip.

Very pleasant experience.
The hotel is excellently located with great restaurants around. Not much parking but we got lucky and never had a problem. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, breakfast was peaceful and delicious. The hotel is on the older side but, for us, that just added to its character. With the exception of some water damage on the walls the room was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The best hotel in the best location in Haifa. Could do better with a higher quality toiletry, bed sheets, and breakfast. Everything there is second rate, while the facility could be top rate.

The Bahai Garden is walkable. We chose this hotel because we afe hoing to Haifa port for cruising. If you came early they can hold your luggage until 3 pm Or unti there’s an available room. The breakfast buffet was superb. I recommend this hotel .Restaurant everywhere , ATM is accross the street. We are couple traveling for the first time in Israel.

This is a quaint boutique hotel in the heart of the German Colony. Everything was clean. My only complaint was that the air-conditioning in our room was not working. We notified the front desk, and they sent a repair person. However, it still was not working. The staff shoukd have verified that it was fixed. It was very warm in Haifa that week and this is Israel after all!

This hotel was situated in one of the former German colony buidings. It was in an ideal location close to the Bahai Gardens and the main tourist centre with lots of restaurants within close proximity. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was large and quiet with everything we needed.

Excelente ubicación y atención del personal. El lugar es muy bonito. Totalmente recomenda. Lo único que no me gustó fue la regadera. Es una tina vieja con cortinas plegables que no impiden que se derrame agua en el piso.

A very basic and clean hotel in the German Colony with a good staff, good breakfast in a very nice location on a street that looks directly into the Baha’i Gardens with many excellent restaurants. It’s a great street to have dinner and take a walk to see the gardens lit up at night which is spectacular. Otherwise the hotel is just basic. It’s also a close walk to the train station and the bus to go up the mountain to the top of the garden and sites.

Bathtub is not clean. Hair dryer often breaks down. Room is a little bit hot but the ac does not work. Noisy. But people there are very nice and the dining is good.

The Colony Hotel is a very clean and comfortable hotel in in interesting area of Haifa. There are many places to eat near by. The breakfast was excellent. There did not appear to be any assistance available for our luggage, and as the parking is not next to the hotel this may be an issue for some guests.

Estacionamento fica na rua lateral do hotel. Na verdade nao fica no hotel prkpriamente dito. Mas atende a necessidade de paear o carro com segurança. Hotel COM EXCELENTE LOCOZACAO. Super recomendamos.

Room was loud. Fans were open to outside in two directions so could hear housekeeping staff at work as well as outside noise. It was a cold night and the air was rushing through as well. Unacceptable maintenance shortcuts. Staff called our room at 9 to ask if we wanted housekeeping after the housekeeper had knocked on the door and we had asked for them to return later.

Park yeri otele ait değil. Umuma açık, yer bulamadık. Otel yol üzerindeki park yerini zincirle kapatmış ancak biz park ettiğimizde ceza yazılır dediler. oysa yol üzerinde benzer park yerlerine araç bırakılıyordu. Odanın tuvalet sifonu bozuktu, sürekli su israf ediyordu. Kahvaltı güzel sayılır. Oda gürültülü, yola bakan odalara gece caddeden çok araç gürültüsü geliyor. Yeri çok güzel. Hayfa da ya burada ya da yukarıda Camel kalmak en güzeli.

From the moment we arrrived early for our reservation, the staff was helpful and accommodating, which we truly appreciated, as we had a long travel day from Toronto, ON. The breakfast was spectacular, and Felix the chef, was very attentive the entire time. Flavours were fresh, unique and yummy! Location is perfect - plenty to see and do within walking distance. Would highly recommend!

The Colony was a very nicely done historical renovation of an old Templars building. It is in a very walkable location in the German Colony at the foot of the Baha’i Gardens. There are some good restaurants right outside the door of the hotel but the newer places in “Downtown” Haifa are just a brief 15 minute walk towards the port.
