What a delightful hotel!! Awesome location literally next to the train station, great food in the area as well as at the hotel restaurant. The included breakfast was amazing. Onsen was really lovely too. Rooms were very minimalist but comfy and had a great view.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Location of the hotel was right beside Gora Station and bus station to you to Gotemba Premium Outlets. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here if you are doing the Hakone Loop.

Great place and location

Loved our stay in the emblem flow hostel. It was so close to gora station, the onsen was great, we got a private room and it was so clean, nice and comfortable. we were celebrating our honeymoon and our room had a nice welcome gift and celebratory note, it was so so nice. The staff was very friendly, I definitely would stay here again.

Loved this hotel

We loved this hotel. It had a laid-back vibe. The rooms were huge and comfortable. The onsen was clean and relaxing. I only wish we had stayed longer.

I stayed here for one night with my wife. It’s right next to Gora station so very convenient. It was clean and modern and had a great little onsen too. The staff were brilliant - very happy to help. There was a good breakfast included with the room. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel with onsen in Gora. Most of the Staff were so nice and kind. Location is just a few steps from Gora station and is kid friendly. Beautiful room views and excellent room size (private) Liked that there was a little kitchen and laundry room too.

Thank you for a good stay. The breakfast option at the hotel was nice since the area doesn’t have too many dining places (that’s just Hakone for you). But the location was pretty good and the hotel had everything we needed for the most part for the two nights we stayed. I would recommend to others or come back myself. Thank you.

Had an amazing stay! Staff are awesome. Fabulous dinner and breakfast - Japanese/Western fusion. Creative, attractive and delicious. Location can’t be beat. Right next to the Gora station.

Good location, close to Gora station. And it has a very good ONSEN! Love it. But, no private toilet :( . It provides a ear plugs in the welcome package, yes, noise in night time. It is affordable for budget traveller in compare to the other hotels in the district.

Our stay at Emblem Flow was very comfortable, clean and enjoyable. The proximity to bus stops and the train station made it very convenient for getting to and from the hotel and also for going out for the day. The onsen was very relaxing, the meals were of a very high standard- delicious!-and all the staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. We would highly recommend this as a really comfortable place to stay while in Gora.

Our stay here was wonderful. The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly kind. The onsen is small (max 6 ppl) but that was never an issue. The included breakfast was a smallish buffet style of mostly western type foods, salads, scrambled eggs, yogurt, breads. The convenience of the location, minutes away from Gora station, made arriving and doing the Hakone loop so easy! Lovely spot overall.
