"The building is run down, the room we were put in had a dip in it either by broken floorboards under the Lino. The jacuzzi was not on. The breakfast was bleak. However the reception lady was helpful."
"Absolutely no problem with this hotel. Excellent location for us. Clean room, good beds, and plenty of choice for breakfast. Would quite happily stay again."
"My two daughters and I were informed by reception the night before that breakfast would start at a certain time. However, when we arrived the next morning, we were told by the lady behind the bar that because it was a bank holiday, breakfast would open an hour later.
While we understood the change, the staff member was very rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional in the way she spoke to us. When we said we would report the matter, she replied, “I don’t care.”
I later reported this to reception, where both staff members were very apologetic and understanding."
"Great staff and nice place to stay. Golf course well maintained and great price for hotel guests.
Rooms are basic and dated but was good for myself to stay"
"Lovely room with all the amenities you would want. High quality drinks, nibbles and toiletries. All staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was delicious."
"The hotel is located in the centre of Norwich next to the cathedral, everything is in walking distance.
Our suite was located on the top floor via a small spiral staircase, ok for us but anyone with mobility issues would find it difficult.
Bed and bathroom were comfortable with everything that we needed.
The breakfast was varied with a lot to choose from but things were running out towards the end of service one day.
The bar area was nice and service was great.
Overall no complaints. "
"All the staff members were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
The food and cocktails were amazing and reasonably priced. The spa was relaxing and our room was well presented and comfortable..well done Park Farm !!"
