"This was a perfect little spot for our vacation in Half Moon Bay. The lodge is located in a quiet part of town and the peace and quiet was needed. The rooms aren’t super renovated but cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our room with a fireplace that came with a log bag to burn. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space that had a fire pit, comfy seats, and a view of the golf course. The property had outdoor games and board games for the whole family. "Great location in half moon bay. We easily walked to multiple restaurants/coffee spots downtown. Could walk to the beach if you wanted to (just over a mile away) but we drove and it took about 4 minutes. The inn keeper was incredibly friendly and helpful when giving us a tour and giving recommendations of things to do in the area. The fresh baked cookies and complimentary wine were a lovely touch after a long day of traveling. The free breakfast is at a restaurant downtown which was excellent....
