Great place for an amazing wildlife experience

Extremely helpful owners. Cottage very clean and well equipped. Well situated on the edge of Halls Gap with everything within walking distance. Loved all the wildlife which happily lived near the cottages. Would certainly recommend a stay here if you are The Grampians.

Amazing hotel . Highly recommend

Wow - charming cottage with open log fire (already prepared - just light it using the matches provided). Very cosy. Kangaroos outside, emus down the drive and flocks of white cockatoos and other birds all around. Stayed one night on way from Great Ocean Road to Adelaide, Wish we could have stayed longer

Good setting, local wildlife was good to see! Nice and comfortable chalet.

Very helpful when a relative joined us by surprise - provided an extra bed for us. Great wildlife about. Fab base for local walks. I would stay again.

Great place to stay in halls gap! Lots of details male it spexial. Fire, Jaccuzzi etc mean it is a cut above.

Lovely town. Cottages perfect for. Family getaway.

Spent two nights here and would definitely come back. Thanks to the man at reception who waiting until late at night to check us in. The cabin was really large and clean. The shower was very good and the fridge/freezer was very handy. We had a car park out the front and a laundry at the end of the building. DVDs, bikes and tennis equipment are all available to borrow free of charge and there's an indoor pool. A lovely area just outside of the centre of town, very peaceful and quiet and a good...

The lady at the reception was super lovely (bonus points for a cute doggo). The location is amazing - you really do feel like you are within the nature surrounded by mountains, also within a close vicinity of some shops and restaurants too. The facilities were amazing and really clean - there were a lot of posters with recommendations for hikes and other useful stuff dotted around as well.

Great location in beautiful Halls Gap to explore the Grampians. Expect lots of kangaroos and cockatoos. Halls Gap itself is a lovely base with great amenities.

Good size clean room and complimentary breakfast. Friendly manager and excellent value.

We didn't want five star luxury, just a clean, friendly stay in a picturesque setting and suitable for going on hikes. That is exactly what we got and Tony and Angeline couldn't have been more helpful - and funny! Our room was due to be upgraded so could only rate it as average but there is a rolling programme so that every room will be perfect. Our hosts are new to the business and we feel sure that it will be great when they have completed the work as they are very determined.

Many thanks. Made use of the BBQ facilities which were great. Really lovely to have nice cotton sheets. GREAt night. THsnks

Friendly check in and very quiet - was a mid-week stay in off peak season so expected! The cabin was so clean, I was really impressed. Well kitted out with everything you need for a hiking holiday. Hot in the bedroom but it was 40c on one of the days! So cute to see kangaroos out and about so freely in the park! Perfect location as walks start from the campsite.
