"Loved how close it is to everything especially the Rogers Centre and CN tower. Had all we needed in terms of bedding, towels, etc. Bed was comfy but the futon and couch weren’t as comfortable. But ok for a night or two. Quiet building, clean and well taken care of. Checking in was a little tricky. We arrived at night and couldn’t get in touch with the owner to buzz us in. "Elevators were terrible. The pull out couch was broken so we had 2 kids that slept on the floor. Location and View was great but glad we only stayed one night."

The only problems were I was told I could park on the property when I booked the reservation but there was no parking available when I got there and there was no tv remote. I was there 4 nights and got no reply from the host about getting a tv remote."

"Great apartment and great location with excellent Whole food market nearby. Could have done with a welcome pack to explain things like key fob activating the lift etc. Also a bit more crockery would have been helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again."

"This is not a typical hotel you check in to. The people at the front desk don't know anything about your reservation so you have to call when you arrive and some telep5agent sends you forms to complete the reservation. I walked out. Completely ridiculous."

"Didn’t get the room we asked for, toilet didn’t flush, constant fire alarms, thin walls, host could not provide us with the room we paid for, refused to refund/discount us."

"The apartment was really comfortable, clean and in such a convenient location. It had everything we needed. Check-in and out was very smooth and easy. We like trains, so the view was so cool! The only thing that may bother others would be the construction noise that went on most of the night, but it didn't really bug us."
