"The hotel apartment was great and located near the heart of downtown Toronto. My only complaint is that we originally booked for the modern apartments located on Adelaide but it was canceled last minute by the property owners. "The space itself was very very nice and tidy, the check-in process, however, was horrible. Communication efforts were very poor- we ended up having to wait in the rain for 2+ hours after the check in time (which was supposed to be 4 pm), due to no answers to both their office phone and cell that was listed+ email communication replies took HOURS in between each email."

"The property was not accessible. The person renting the unit is not the owner. I was not able to get into the unit because security wouldn’t allow me to enter. Even after being in contact with the individual who was renting they offered no alternative accommodation and stopped responding to me when I asked for a refund."

The would not call or text. At checkout, we were charged for damages and broken glasses which were not used, and were not reasonable to tell us where things were found."
