"Perfect stay in a great Old Town Toronto location. I was in town for a concert at Scotiabank Arena, and this hotel was within walking distance, which made it even better. The room had a cute boutique feel and was more spacious than I expected, with the bedroom separated from the living room area. It also had a full kitchen with a full refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, and microwave, plus an in-room washer and dryer with laundry soap provided. "It would have been a great stay if not for the painful self check in, internet issues and the elevator issues at check out. I’m still waiting for my deposit money back which I had been told would be refunded at check out. Being questioned about why I need internet when it’s one of the amenities included also had me puzzled. Internet being asked to look somewhere for a modem and the place they’re telling me to look clearly is not where the modem is also odd"

"We didn’t get the prebooking email but the security guard was very helpful in getting us registered. The unit could use a little work as the door was awfully loud needed some grease dryer working overtime as vents plugged solid"

Checking in was difficult and required almost an almost scavenger hunt level journey to be able to get the room keys due to the contactless check in.
