"I wish I could have stayed longer. Great views, delicious food in the restaurant and really gives you the lodge feel. Totally clean room and very friendly staff. Totally recommend!"

"Good for a Motel 6. The hotel smelled nice, as they had air fresheners throughout. Room was basic, but we slept well. Furniture in the room is old. Biggest con is that there's no elevator, which could be an issue for older folks."

"My staff rating was based on both Michelle, who was the manager, and the young lady who checked us in. That young lady messed up. I had reserved a room on the ground floor because my wife and I are in our 80s AND we had a lot of luggage and musical instruments to take into our room (and there is no elevator to the 2nd floor -- where she assigned us). Evidently, she missed that we had a room already reserved on the ground floor. I, consequently, wrote a very negative review at that time. Upon checking out, we dealt with Michelle -- who was about as upset that we were not given our assigned room as we were. She was terrific. Other than the room assignment error on the part of the staff person checking us in, I would highly recommend the Hamburg Inn and Suites."

"The owners checked us in and she was beyond helpful. Room was bigger that expected! I believe they just got new beds and they were extremely comfy. If you need a place to stay...i would recommend."
