"The breakfast is very basic, and the elevators are slow and scuffed. But the staff is very incredibly welcoming and they have lots of items available if you have forgotte anything. The pool and hot tubs were very clean and well maintained. Our jacuzzi tub was very clean as well, which is often difficult in a room setting. Overall 5 stars!"

"This is one of the few chain hotels close to Nauvoo. After checking in, I decided I would’ve rather driven 3 hours south to get to St. Louis than stay close to Nauvoo at this hotel. It didn’t feel clean. It smelled of bleach and random fragrant smells that differed between rooms. The breakfast looked gross. There was pubic hair all over the floor in the bathroom.
