"While the staff were pleasant and the room itself was decent, our experience was overshadowed by a series of logistical failures that made for a very difficult stay.
The Room: We booked a suite but were given a standard room upon arrival. While the room was fine for what it was, it wasn't the level of accommodation we had paid for.
The Utilities: We arrived to find there was no running water. Had we been notified of this or the ongoing construction ahead of time, we would have booked elsewhere, but by the time we checked in, finding other accommodations wasn't an option.
The Noise: Construction started directly above us at 6:00 AM with jackhammers. It’s hard to enjoy a stay when you're jolted awake that early.
The Takeaway: The team here is perfectly nice, but the property is clearly in the middle of a heavy renovation. If you're looking for a quiet night or a specific room type, I’d suggest checking their current construction status before booking."

"This place is fantastic! I wish it was a chain. When I tell friends about it I say it's a cross between an Airbnb and a funky hotel. I loved the extra touches of the pool table game room and the bed was comfy. Great amenities in the kitchen.It was just a fantastic experience."
