"I did not get a chance to stay. Was only there a few hours and honestly dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. The first room they gave us was unsecured and unlocked when we arrive so we got a different room and that room was not clean. Someone’s old sock lip balm and crumbs were all over the floor near the bed and under the chair. Then when the shower was turned on a baby roach scurried across the rod and behind a gap between the shower head and wall. Of course couldn’t stay there...

"Ballys is great because it’s always been my favorite especially that it is a smaller casino & less walking for me I need two knee replacements. The thing I done like it because the pool was never opened & I miss the jacuzzis it’s crazy because we pay the resort fees"
