"Hotel in a central location - very close to the bus and train station. Absolutely amazing breakfast which included omelettes, pancakes. Everything that you could think of. Very busy hotel which held outside events but where we stayed on the 11th floor very quiet. Why we didn't give it 5 stars - we were there for 3 nights of which 1 morning our room wasn't cleaned until after 3pm, despite the cleaning staff being outside our room at 9.30am and another morning wasn't cleaned at all! Had to go down to reception to get fresh towels and I was questioned did I leave the sign out for no cleaning. No I didn't! Might be an idea to change your sign to say your guests want the rooms cleaned and there wouldn't be any confusion."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We grabbed dinner at the hotel because it was a Sunday and everywhere closed early. Dinner as delicious. We also had breakfast included, which was also very good. There was some kind of construction or something going on outside close to the hotel so it was loud at a very early hour, but overall, a wonderful experience"

"Very nice location and helpful staff. Nice spa facilities, and the breakfast was great! Although there was an issue with our assigned room, the staff immediately sorted it out and got us set in an identical one without question or delay. Couldn't have asked for more."

"This is a one-of a kind old hotel in the center of Stenungsund, the rooms are small and quirky, not soundproof (you can hear snoring through the wall), but my room has a small balcony, a weird but fun bathroom sunken down a few steps, and the breakfast was great. It is tight with space, but cozy and old-fashioned Swedish way. I love it, but it will not be for people that want modern fancy. This is historical instead."
