"We're at Room 815 where the view is awesome including the Fansipan Tram bridge. Catcat village is around 15 minute walk downhill. The whole resort staff including Louis Tin we're very helpful and friendly. Excellent hotel service."

"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

"Pool, ambience, staff were excellent breakfast was very good with lots of options hot and cold. Eggs, pho and pancakes cooked fresh. Staff at breakfast were helpful and friendle especially Annie. "

"I had a great stay at Sapa Yen. The hotel is a great escape from the hustle of bustle of the main tourist area at Sapa station. The staff and their service are excellent. I had the room with the Mountainview overlooking the railroad to Fansipan. I will stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone!"

"A great stay at Azure! The views were amazing. Close to Central. The staff were professional and very helpful. You can have your laundry done and it was very cheap. Good coffee and breakfast. Totally recommend."

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "The hotel has amazing view of the rice paddies. Customer service is excellent, friendly staff and food is great. The one thing we didn’t like was that housekeeping came in to tidy up our room after we came back from our dinner. They let down our mosquito net. Also, the net had dead ants in it. I didn’t expect them to tidy our room just after checking in. Plus, we didn’t ask to do that so that part was weird. Besides that, it was a lovely place to stay and relax!"
