Nice quaint hotel. 30 min ride to the Hannover Messe with the s-Bahn, but, no other complaints. Rooms where clean and present able. Would let guests know about the buttons to bring down the shades to darken the room.

It says there is a restaurant- and this is why we booked it- but that is not true. Hotel is very dated; the room was under the roof and super warm (no fan or AC), breakfast choices are very limited.

It was not clean. A lot of black molt and hairs in the bath tub... They can't speak in English in the hotel so telling them about our complaints didn't work. NEVER GO BACK HERE!

Das dieses Hotel schon einwenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, konnten wir bereits zuvor den Bewertungen entnehmen. Dennoch war das erste Zimmer, welches uns angeboten wurde, unterirdisch. Auf Anfrage erhielten wir dann ein Zimmer, welches zumindest den Fotos der Reiseportale entspach und akzeptabel war. Eigentlich sehr schöne Außenanlage aber leider sehr ungepflegt. Restaurant und Biergarten / Bar geschlossen. Frühstück war ok und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Preis Leistung treffen hier leider nicht aufeinander. Dank diverser Coupons haben wir glücklicherweise nicht den vollen Preis gezahlt. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Sehr ruhig, das Zimmer war auf der Garten-Seite. Elektrische Rollos, bequemes Bett: wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und im Dunklen wie ich es mag. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Eine gute Adresse in Hannover.

Noch mal Glück gehabt.

Bis auf den Check-in war alles bestens. Allerdings war die Buchung über Hotels,com nicht im Hotel angekommen. Daher war über die Anreise nichts bekannt u die Bestätigungsmail musste von mir zum Hotel weiter geleitet werden. Daher: sehr gutes Hotel mit schlechtem Hotels.com-Service.
