Great hotel with safe bicycle storage

Great hotel close to restaurants. Very friendly owner who couldn’t do enough for us. We are from Australia and very grateful for the warm welcome and able to safely store our bicycles. The room was comfortable and quiet and had a great sleep. Highly recommend!

The beds were good and the hotel was situated between wellness centers, quite an interesting location. However on arrival no reception and breakfast was a bit too expensive and unattended. So overall service could be more caring

The reception was supposed to be open 24 hours however it was unoccupied before 8pm. The room was infested with ants and there were not enough towels or toilet paper. The website photos did not reflect the state and condition of the hotel. We did not receive a pass card to leave the property so we could not leave before checkout.

Everything was ok. Quick check-in. Free parking, internet. Clean and comfortable. The only drawback but it is related to the weather is the high temperature in the room. I just couldn't cool the room in any way. It was cold in the morning. I would love to visit the hotel again. I highly recommend it.

Misleading Description and Run-Down Hotel

The hotel may have been charming in the past, but today it is clearly neglected. The grounds are full of trash, and the overgrown bushes and grass make the entrance hard to find. The Hotels.com listing claims the property has both an indoor and outdoor pool, but that is simply not true. On a very hot day after hours in the car, we were extremely disappointed to learn there was no pool at all – and we were not the only ones misled. The hotel also promotes a whiskey bar with opening hours displayed prominently at the entrance, yet it is permanently closed. When we raised these issues at check-in, we were told that the pool never existed and that the bar is shut. It’s hard to understand why they continue to advertise facilities that are unavailable. Unfortunately, this was our first and last stay at this hotel.

Faulty towers

Nicke rooms but a bit cold. You had to put on the heater yourself. No shower gel in the shower. Dining room was cold. The breakfast was cold. The staff were ok but one was sour. No dinner at evening. No bar open. No pool in sight as they wrote. The hotel was dark at arrival. No one at the reception. We had to call to get in. I would not recommend this hotel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, was ich positiv hervorheben möchte. Allerdings war es im Zimmer sehr kalt – trotz −4 °C Außentemperatur fühlte es sich drinnen noch kälter an. Eine Heizung war nicht auffindbar. Der Zustand der Unterkunft wirkt insgesamt veraltet, ich h nach paar stunden gegangen, könnte nicht schlafen
