"親切でフレンドリーなスタッフがこのホテルを価値あるものにしています！私たちが到着した瞬間から、安全で快適に感じました。このホテルは大きくはなく、すべての最新設備があるわけではありませんが、清潔で、旧市街の中心という素晴らしい立地にあります。どこへでも歩いて行けます。毎日美味しい朝食が用意されており、小さなビュッフェですが、選択肢も美味しかったです。冒頭で述べたように、ここで出会ったスタッフはベトナム旅行中で出会った中で最高でした。頼めば親切で助けてくれましたが、押し付けがましかったり、干渉してくることもありませんでした。私たちは1000％またここに泊まりたいと思っています。ハノイ・ロイヤル・プレミアムホテルでの滞在の一瞬一瞬を楽しみました。"
