"I honestly don’t even know where to begin. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The entire property was filthy. The hallways, stairwells, and common areas were all dirty and poorly maintained. The entire first floor smelled strongly of weed, which immediately made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. As we walked to our room, all we could hear were screaming babies and crying kids, and there were shoes and personal items left outside multiple rooms. It felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel. When we finally got into our room, it was just as bad. There was a noticeable black film on the bed and sheets, which made it completely unusable. On top of that, none of the charging ports in the room worked. I went to the front desk calmly to address these issues, simply hoping for a resolution, but was met with immediate hostility. The staff seemed defensive and almost like they were looking for an argument rather than trying to help. At that point, I decided it wasn’t worth staying and left to find another hotel. I would not recommend staying here."
