Hotel Metropolitan Saitama Shintoshin

Lovely staff and very nice breakfast - the hotel has its own entrance and lift on the ground floor ( next to a covered bus stop) plus it’s only a hop and a skip away from the train station. One small issue was the air con in my room (and air con next to the main lift on my floor) had black spots so they could do with a clean. The cleaning staff look so busy and were always running about i imagine it’s just lack of staff why they might be missed.

10/10 Excellent

Was so lovely to have a massive comfy bed, room to stretch out in, a great TV, free flow drinks in the bar and an excellent quiet breakfast buffet with fresh handmade food beautifully presented and served. Everything was clean, everyone was helpful and even though it's a little out of Tokyo centre, I enjoyed the peace of that and the east access to stations within walking distance. I hugely recommend the nearby bonsai museum/village and the...

I had the Breakfast Buffet which was great value with plenty of choice options. Very pleasant and organised staff at this Hotel during my stay, I thought it was exceptional value. A little far out of Tokyo, but I...
