"The hotel is charming with a great spa, and helpful and friendly staff. Would come again and stay there while Zichron. The breakfast at the restaurant down the street was delicious."

"Staff support was definitely lacking. No one helped with our bags. I had to ask housekeeping to empty our trash. The air conditioning was really loud (so loud we couldn’t sleep. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no drinking water available until noon when the cafe opened. Nice rooms and great location, but way too expensive for the service."

"높은 산위에 위치해서 경치가 좋아요. 뻥 뚫린 지형... 수영장이 있는데 오픈하지 않아서 사용은 못 해봤어요. 아침식사를 부페가 아닌 한상을 차려줍니다. 빵 종류 많고 특히 다양한 치즈를 경험 할 수 있어요.... 주차장이 널널해서 좋았어요"

The apartment was recently renovated with everything that we needed, clean, fun, great view. Highly recommended."
