"Very pathetic and worst experience. Management of hotel not responsible for anything. I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights for family stay as I got fooled by the pics shared on hotels.com website and reviews. I reached hotel at around 3 o clock in night and my rooms were not ready even I had informed beforehand that I will be coming by that time. "The rooms were not clean and quite noisy. There was no in-house dining option, so we had to step out for food. Ordering through Swiggy or Zomato was possible, but since it was raining all day, most restaurants weren’t accepting orders, which made things very inconvenient.
