"The hot tub was cold and low of water, the first room we were in the shower the water barely came out of the shower head, and the carpet floors need a good deep clean throughout the entire hotel..the hotel is dated and needs a good remodel. It does have perks of being right on a small beach of sand and next to good bars and restaurants and being close to attractions. The staff were excellent and good food at the restaurant in the hotel.. nice to have starbucks there too. "

"Their complimentary breakfast is always a treat. In fact, besides the views, that's the reason we keep returning. The air conditioning was a bit warm. Unable to change rooms due to no rooms were available."

"Property in bad condition. Breakfast? Coffee, yogurt, granola, apple cereal. Not a piece of bread! This ia not a continental breakfast. The property seems to be uninhabited. "

"The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty "

"When we got to our room, the door wasn’t even closed. Supposedly housekeeping possibly didn’t close it all the way. When we pushed the door further open it made a sound that got the guy down the hall yelling out into the hallway that he was naked and we didn’t want him coming out there! He just kept on mouthing so we left immediately to alert the manager on duty and got another room on a different floor. She was very nice and understanding but she wasn’t able to make the change easily because we...
