Hotel dekat Kasino Harrah's Laughlin

"This hotel had a large clean parking lot, friendly staff, water in the lobby, good fresh ground for each cup coffee for breakfast, and a good bed. My only complaint is the bathroom needed a good scrubbing. It was not very clean. Normally that would be a huge drawback for me but everything else was good and the staff was great so I give it a 4/5 overall anyway. I would stay here again, but might just ask for a different room after checking the bathroom next time."

"The Jacuzzi was closed. For being a casino there were a lot of bar stations but only one open in the early morning. The pool was extremely hot. Ya granted it is hot but they should have it thermostat controlled with as long as they been open. No one wants a bathwater for pool. There is no point. It is so dirty you can see the filth on the sides. No good food options untill eleven when it is time to check out. The dinner at the all you can eat buffet was so gross I can barely swallow the food....

"A check-in time was lil long with 2 people and in the bowling alley/playroom needed more workers for a Friday night was really busy but still a Nice hotel and beach just wish they would announce they don't be have a pool. Would definitely stay again"

"The adult pool was the only pool open for 2 days and we had rented a cabana and since there were an abundance of kids and families, the pool was filthy with hairs and debris floating in it, not to mention the oily sludge we were covered in just taking a quick dip in the pool. The bar staff at the casino were about 90 percent horrible and rude. Ordering drinks that never showed up. Went to see the illusion show and the air conditioning went out, it was hot and miserable and we should have been...

"The rooms could use a bit of deep cleaning but for the location and price it was a great stay. Room was clean except for forgetting to the clean the floor in the bathroom the room; when you’re blond and there’s long black hair left behind the door and in shower that’s not cool. The staff was working hard but this issue made me cut back on my normal tipping for sure. The pool is very nice, especially the one away from the “family” pool. It’s beautiful location on the river."
