"From the outside, it’s not overly impressive but decent. Rooms were very clean and updated, Fergus got us an early check-in, which was really helpful for our trip. Overall, we give this a five star rating for staff friendliness as well as overall hotel experience."

Holiday Inn Express Grand Island - Niagara Falls by IHG
"The hotel is clean, however there were no towels in our room, tried calling the room service no answer, when someone answered the call, he asked us to come and pickup at the reception area. Instead of body wash at the shower area, they placed Hand wash dispenser. I guess they didn’t have enough staff(s) ..."
