"Breakfast were breakfast sandwiches, not a continental breakfast. Only the 5th & 6th floors were occupied, the rest of the floors were vacant. "

"Couldn’t find the entrance well - back side (where directions lead to) was all fenced off with nothing indicating how to get to entrance. Walls very thin - was kept up in middle of night for 2 hours with loud talkers next room and could hear another room clearly through vent in bathroom. Shower had little pressure and random bursts of scalding hot water. Conditioner empty and hair dryer had only cold air (I am sure they would have switched, but cleaning crew could easily check status of these things) Pull out bed was not comfortable. Breakfast hours 6:30-9:30 - at 9:15 I was scraping the bottom of the oatmeal and 2nd day eggs were gone - they were powdered eggs and not great. Also no milk (there was some oat milk) for cereal. Cleanliness fine, gym was small, but clean and nice - all equipment worked, staff was very nice. "

"Our room was clean. Staff was mediocre. Breakfast was poor, little selection and we always had to ask for items to be refilled. Outdoor pool was closed. They used to have and indoor pool and workout room that were both closed and torn up. Listing online says pool is open March 1 and it was not. Very disappointing for our family. "

"The place was clean, safe and one section of the hotel was under construction as the rooms are being remodel. My stay was comfortable, the kitchen was functional but had no kitchenware. My room had no trashcan. Will stay again. "

"Parking was easy , house keeping wants you to bring towels down to get replaces , toilet didn’t work in room for 2 days , "

"I was unable to use the Cast on the TV. The Channel selection left something to be desired especially for children. My daughter also tried the Cast from our phone on the TV and could not get it to work."
