Clean. comfortable room Staff were friendly. My only criticism is that the walls between rooms are paper-thin. I had very noisy neighbours one night who were unable to close their door without slamming it. There's plenty in the neighbourhood around the hotel, a large shopping mall and several restaurants.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Rooms clean and a good selection for breakfast. Advisable to have a car if staying here as the only places for food close by are fast food. The nearest diner I found was about a mile away.

A lovely hotel at the most centre of downtown. A very spacious room, renovated, big beds, modern show, coffee machine and tea kettle, fresh apples and other nibbles all day.,Kind helpful staff. They sent house car to meet at the airport and took us back to airport. Very nice.
If back to Eugene, will stay there again.

Was worried when I read reviews saying cars get windows smashed etc but my stay was perfectly fine.
Checking in was quick and the staff member who checked me in was very kind and polite. My room was on the 4th floor which was nice so I had no noise above. There is 1 elevator by the lobby. The room was very large with a coffee maker, fridge, microwave.
Breakfast was served from 0630 till 1000 downstairs by the lobby and there was plenty of choice - pancakes (with sugar free syrup option - thank...
