"Everything was really good, except for one thing, and I’m not sure if the cause, but the tile floors in the entry to the room and the bathroom were sweating. I don’t know if it was humidity or another issue, but they stayed slick, and it seemed almost like moisture was seeping through the floors. The rest of the room was fine, the staff were friendly, and it was clean enough. It was well worth it for the price, but the floor issues were a little weird. I was tired and only there for a night so I didn’t follow up with them, but it’s worth mentioning here. I’d stay again, though."

Hotel Indigo Harrisburg - Hershey by IHG

"The room was clean but there was definately wear and tear on the property itself. The ice machine on the 2nd floor and one of the two elevators was broken. Our room was missing a minifridge. The empty space were that item would go made the space look woren. The clothing/towel hook in the bathroom was inches from the toilet. Not terribly sanitary. That said, the bed was comfortable and the stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"This hotel advertised a hot tub but it was broken with green goo and looked like it has been broken for months. Part of the reason we chose it was bc of the nice pool and hot tub to enjoy after a long day. If the hot tub is broken, you really shouldn't still be advertising it. Also, the breakfast was highly recommended but it was very disappointing, bare minimum to other comparable hotels. Not even a waffle maker or anything hot except bagels, and only apples, ran out of other fruit early both mornings, we ended up eating elsewhere the 2nd morning. Most hotels at least have a waffle maker and a hot item or two (sausage/egg). Our thermostat was also broken and trying to contact someone to help was nearly impossible as they didn't answer the desk line and we had to seek someone out and wait. Then go back up again to the desk as noone came and our room was very hot. It took 2 seconds to fix once someone finally came. Also, cups but no coffee in the room. Towels in room weren't clean either, and the shower was dangerously slippery! For the price we paid to stay here ($300/night), it was not worth it at all. A partial refund was requested and ignored."

"Not even 15 mins from the park, we arrived after the park tired as ever, check in was a breeze. Staff was welcoming, Room was cleaned showered n slept good!"

"Our room contained a necessary dehumidifier, which notified us audibly that it had filled during the middle of the night. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and the pool and hot tub were very nice."
