We stayed here for a birthday, anniversary, and romantic getaway all in one, and I can honestly say this was one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the staff paid attention to every little detail to make sure our trip felt special.
The three pools was absolutely beautiful, the spa was relaxing and worth every minute, and the swim-up bar quickly became our favorite spot. The bar staff were amazing — friendly, fun, and incredibly attentive. They remembered our drinks, checked on us often, and really helped create such a fun and welcoming atmosphere every day.
What really stood out was how much effort the staff put into making my boyfriend’s birthday and our anniversary feel celebrated. The little touches meant so much and made the trip feel more personal and romantic instead of just another vacation.
This resort is perfect if you want a mix of fun, relaxation, and romance. We made so many great memories here and will definitely be back again!

Hugely disappointing! Check in was a shambles, it took well over an hour, we had to queue to get a clipboard to fill out a form, despite providing all the information the previous day online as requested which was a complete waste of time, then wait for our name to be called to complete the check in.
There was no hairdryer in our room, two wardrobes with a total of seven clothes hangers and no cushions on the balcony chairs.
we stayed for 3 nights and had no hot water on any night for a shower.
There was a buffett restaurant, an a la carte rest

Beach at hotel is unusable to swim in due to seaweed and such. They have a shuttle to the other side where beaches are beautiful. Pool areas had plenty of seating and large towels.
No gift shop for incidentals.
Room service is an additional $25 charge which was not originally disclosed.
People and staff were super friendly. Food and beverages were ok. Even their top Resturaunt the food was good but nothing to be super excited about.

Room good, making up room ?? 5pm in afternoon . Grounds, swimming pools good. Restaurants and food poor. Chaos in Maine restaurant like large food hall, no plates, breakfast coffee ques, so cold food. Dinner deserts and salad gone by8pm. Run out tonic and Sauvignon wine. 4* hotel at best!

So my stay its been awful, First the problem with the AC did they work in the whole hotel, the room felt humid and the floor slippery, Second my room didn’t have shower curtain when i arrived, i call front desk to report it multiple times and house keeping did not show up until like 3 hours later with the curtains, which they put an curtain that didn’t even cover all the way to the floor which cause my whole bathroom get soaked in water. Then we run out of water.
Third, I had to make an emergency call to US but my room phone didnt work, I called the front desk multiple times again, they said the would fixed it which they never did, I also put my card on file so they charged me for the phone call put still the phone never work.
So, overall my experience and staying was horrible and pretty much the staff never solve any of the problems and pretty much ruined my vacation and that’s shamed. And there’s just been to much problem with the hotel during this days so I been left to a different hotel
Also, I Received an email saying that I requested some services like late check out and other stuff, but I didn’t request anything and I don’t wanna get charged anything extra

The room was quite clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay however we noticed poor organization for meal times like breakfast and dinner. The lines were really long and there were not enough tables to accommodate everyone. Lines for food sometimes prohibited us from sitting on our chairs as were were seated close to the buffet and guests were standing all around us which was uncomfortable for eating. We also noticed last minute hustle by staff to set out extra table and chairs for guests and this was being done during dinner! Otherwise we all had a good enough time

Overall, the resort itself was beautiful, but unfortunately the service did not meet expectations.
Upon arrival, it took approximately 45 minutes to check in. During that time, no drinks or water were offered, and we did not receive a welcome towel. First impressions are important, and this was disappointing.
Throughout our stay, the staff were not very attentive, and the food quality was underwhelming. Our room was also not cleaned properly, which further impacted our experience.
At breakfast, I asked a staff member for ketchup and was told it was outside, without any offer to retrieve it for me. Additionally, while dining by the pool, we waited over 20 minutes for simple items like nachos, tacos, and a burger.
Due to the lack of service and overall experience, I will not be returning and would recommend choosing a resort that prioritizes guest service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort. While the room itself was clean and some members of the staff were pleasant, those few positives were overshadowed by what appears to be serious understaffing or very poor scheduling and management.
Dining experiences were consistently frustrating. Upon arriving at the restaurants, no one came to our table to offer drinks, tables were left uncleaned for excessive periods of time while guests waited, and basic breakfast items such as cut fruit were frequently unavailable. On one occasion at Castle View, I specifically asked for fruit and was told there was none, which is unacceptable for a resort of this caliber.
Castle View, in particular, was disorganized and unwelcoming. There was no one stationed to greet guests, no signage indicating whether to wait to be seated or proceed inside, and when guests sought guidance, staff responses were dismissive and rude. A simple sign stating “Please wait, someone will be with you shortly” would have prevented confusion and frustration, yet even that basic accommodation was overlooked.
Overall, the level of service did not come close to matching how this resort is promoted, nor did it align with the standards I have experienced at numerous other hotels and resorts. The experience was, at best, mediocre, and certainly not worth recommending. I will not be recommending this resort to anyone.

Spent three nights at the resort on a family vacation over Valentine’s Day. The property is new, rooms are spacious and modern. Ocean view room had a large balcony and facing a lovely ocean view. Pool was nice. Valentines day evening pastry event night was well done.
Food was of good quality, though lacking a bit of variety in the buffet, it didn’t matter for a short trip. Castleview restaurant was a premium dinner with pre-reservation and a dress code. Food was ok, steak was a bit of a downer - fish was better (choose wisely).
While staff was nice and courteous, service was mediocre. Room wasn’t available till an hour late (5 pm) and check-in experience could have been better (zero empathy from front desk staff). Staff looked overwhelmed and small requests take a lot of time (1-2 hours) and, need multiple calls (e.g., no cups in the room for coffee, missing hair dryer, was really hard to find a band-aid all day). No coordination between different departments, with the guest having to call individually. Staff in the restaurant would take a drink order, and forget to bring over the order (happened few times in busy periods). The overall vibe was very subdued and lacks energy.
Overall, it is a good resort, with fantastic views and new / modern rooms, service left a lot to be desired. Staff needs better training and should care more about guest experiences. We enjoyed our time overall, and would hope the property would get better with time and staff training.
