Toilet handle was broken and given to staff and they put the handle back on the toilet a d it fell off a 2nd time. Bathroom sink had long black hairs in it. TV remote would not change channels - TV needed setup performed. Room was very noisy from sounds in hallway and adjacent rooms - poor soundproofing. ...
