Unfortunately our room had issues with hot water - couldn’t take a shower for longer than 8 mins or so without it going cold. Happened three different times at three different times of the day. Housekeeping also entirely skipped our room one day which was a bit of a disappointment after coming back from a long day of walking and looking forward to crawling into a comfy, clean bed. "First, this is conveniently located near a T station, so easy access to downtown Boston. Second, it accommodates a family of 5 easily. Third, there is a cute grocery store within a few minutes walk, so you can buy groceries to do simple cooking in the kitchenette. This, combined with good breakfast, saves money while staying in Boston. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to stay for a family wanting to see the sights in Boston!"
