"Great service from the reception staff, very helpful and cheerful. Rooms pretty big but not your usual sleek chain hotel look or feel, they were a bit clunky and appliances in need of update. Its more of motel feel but with a pool and good service. Good location close to a nice beach. Felt it was a bit pricey for what it was but cape cod isn’t cheap foe hotels"

"We went for the weekend. Staff was great answering all my questions. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Housekeeping came every day with fresh towels. Pool was taken care of very well. It sparkled.. close to the beach. Quiet. Just a short drive to activities and shops"

"Upon arrival and checking in, the receptionist is warm and friendly. The location was updated and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is better than a large chain hotel. Coffee and breakfast from 7-10 AM. The property is off the main road so very peaceful.Parking is adequate.
My only complaint is the lack of outlets to plug 3 phones in when traveling with guests. Wifi can be spotty too. But wifi is spotty down the Cape. Bring your own mifi.
