unfortunately I experienced several issues that made my stay very disappointing.
At check-in, the female staff did not smile at all and did not provide any explanation about breakfast. After check-in, I went back to the front and asked whether a breakfast voucher was needed, she only then took out the breakfast cards, without any apology.
In the room, the bathtub drain stopper was broken, and the hot water temperature was far too lukewarm to take a proper bath. I contacted the front desk to request repairs. About two hours later, the drain stopper was replaced, but the water temperature did not improve at all. I was told that when many guests use hot water at the same time, the boiler cannot handle it.
I contacted the front desk again and was asked to change rooms. However, the alternative room had only one king bed, while my original reservation was for a room with two queen beds. In the end, the hot water issue was never resolved.
As a result, I spent a significant portion of what should have been a pleasant hotel stay feeling frustrated, which greatly diminished the enjoyment of my trip. What disappointed me most was that I did not receive a single apology from the staff throughout this process. This was far below the level of service I expect.
