This is a nice place, but they really, really, need to let folks know that this place is very remote and the road is very bad. The staff were also extremely helpful and nice to help us out to do activities and make sure we had transportation. "Parador is a dream. From the moment you arrive to the second you leave, you will be treated like royalty. The staff provided amazing customer service throughout the whole stay. Everywhere you went, the amenities were well-kept. The spa was top-tier, and the restaurants were delicious. I would recommend this resort for families or couples because it separates family and adult areas. I expect the other hotels I stay at to live up to these standards because Parador is one of those places that raise the bar. This was truly a five-star experience for me."

"What an amazing hotel. Too many awesome things to name them all. I never write reviews. Their staff, the pools, the personal concierge, seeing monies, macaws, lizards was all just a a first class experience. You are not close to walk anywhere as it’s up the mountain a bit- but they shuttle to the hot spots and Uber is crazy cheap and fast to get there."

"The rooms were clean the rooms are large. The water pressure in the shower was very low. There is hot water. The hotel is located next to the beach and they have a nice pool. There is not a restaurant per se, but they do offer paid breakfast. The staff is awesome, they took care of some other issues in our room and the reception person Daniela I believe was very helpful."
