Staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean and had great view towards Matterhorn. And super close to the train station.

Fantastic hotel. I had accidentally booked an apartment, when i mentioned this to the receptionist he immediately offered to change us to an hotel room which we gladly accepted as we didn't need a kitchen. Hotel room and breakfast were excellent. As a note I viewed the apartments out of curiosity ...

Chambre avec cuisinette très bien équipée. Tout est très propre et récent. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Très bon choix pour bien profiter de Zermatt.

Nonanteneuf Sierre
Très bon rapport qualité prix , chambre et literie parfaite 👌 Par contre la communication quand on appel et moyenne , il serait bien que les standardiste annoncé où nous sommes … Sinon top , le petit déjeuner du restaurant et parfait et la petite serveuse trop chou 😊
