Dia on the concierge team helped us create the perfect itinerary with two visits to local vineyards and a great lunch spot. They can also assist with restaurant recommendations. Brought it to the front desk they were super busy the guy said he would talk to me but instead he was extra rude saying that his manager would be in in the morning and talk to him then. So I did. He told me essentially to kick rocks and get a refund through Expedia. Is that happening? Unsure still waiting. There is NO complimentary breakfast like advertised.
