"建物は古いですが部屋は綺麗に掃除されていて気持ちがよいですね。あとは朝食が美味しかったです。今回で2度目の宿泊ですがまた利用したいと思います。"

Was only sent the unlocking number after I messaged (did not receive an email that was supposed to be sent 24 hrs before check-in). Location instructions was unclear from the booking confirmation, only managed to find accommodation after host contacted via whatsapp."

The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. "チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"
