"The place was super nice and seemed pretty modern. There was a big tv mounted on the wall and the living room was nice to relax in, the kitchen and bathroom were clean too. There was a little patio as well and they had beach chairs/umbrellas you could take. They had a pool, hot tub, and sauna which were all really great too!"

"Overall, our stay at Ho’olei was wonderful, as always! We were a party of eight, and the three-bedroom villa was the perfect setup for our family. There was something for everyone to enjoy, especially the kids. We loved the fitness classes, the pools on both sides of the property, the dining options, and the Fourth of July festivities. "This is a super nice adult only hotel. Nice and quiet. Staff is wonderful. On point. Hotel car service is excellent with luxury cars available. The room is nice. Large and spacious. My only critique is that the restaurant has a limited menu. But selection is great. Highly recommend."

"The property and the unit we stayed in was absolutely amazing. The balcony was right over the private beach and it’s also where the sunset so the view was beautiful. Right out the front door was the pool and spa and a few steps more and you’re on the beach. The unit was very clean and decorated so cute and had every amenity in the kitchen and bathrooms you could need. It was so peaceful and the beach was clean and water was prestige. "Our flight was cancelled and we needed help. I asked about getting the room for extra night. 500.00. I went to the airport to get help....we got rebooked for later flight....went back to hotel to see if we could get later checkout.. 200.00. Not very accommodating considering I spent thousands on the room . basically....they did not give a crap about helping us out at all"

"Overall it was a good stay, amazing view and scenery as soon as you pull up . More family activities would be nice . A little more family friendly restaurant would be nice just with the kiddos . I mean this place is extremely nice and it is pricy . The food is good the service is good , the car is nice for local use . I would recommend just be aware you’re going to be opening that wallet . I probably wouldn’t go back but only because the kid situation, it really doesn’t accommodate kids under 8...
