This property is fair for the price level. It is located right off the interstate. We did not notice road noise in our room. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean although a little dated. The breakfast was modest but fair considering the price point. The air conditioning was efficient but a bit loud.

There was a diamond tour bus of people who stayed at the hotel when we did, so you couldn’t move when you went downstairs for breakfast and everything was completely wiped out once they left. However, hotel staff had no issue making more breakfast for the rest of the guest even though breakfast was ending soon.

Clean, comfortable and functional. Except the coffee is absolutely awful. And I’m sure it’s the same at every hotel in this chain. I will choose other chains that offer breakfast in this price point just to have coffee that is passable. There is no excuse to have coffee that bad. It’s just not that hard or expensive.

The AC didn’t work in our room. When I went to call the front desk we discovered the bone had no cords therefore didn’t work so I had to go down to the front desk. When I went to the front desk we were told to unplug it and then replug it in and that always works. That did not work. We even reset the breaker and cleaned the filters that were disgusting. After going to the front desk again, front desk agreed to call his manager to see what he could do. He did get an answer quickly that they would move us rooms. However it would be a downgrade from a suite. I said that would be fine but I’d expect reimbursed for the difference in price. The staff assured me the bill would reflect that. When the bill came on day of checkout, it was not. The front desk staff got his manager to fix the bill and the “regional” manager was not pleasant and had to me pushed to fix the bill. He had excuses for why the bill was wrong, then wasn’t sure how to fix it, and excuses for the AC. There was never an apology or true customer service recovery. Our key cards didn’t work every time we left the room and had to stop at the desk to fix them. For the price we were still charged, this hotel is not worth it. Beds comfortable but they are small full size. Breakfast is average. Parking isnt the greatest around the building. Cleaning was average the elevator floor was sticky all three days we stayed. We won’t be staying here again,

A clean well run hotel. Freshly painted and looked great. The lemon water was wonderful and a hot day.
