"The staff was amazing, but the room was disgusting. There was mode on the shower curtains. The water wouldn’t go down in the tub nor the sink. Honestly, this is the first time I ever booked a hotel and this was not a good experience."

"It doesn't look like the photos at all, the building is very old and in poor condition. There is a bad smell on the stairs and corridors, and the rooms are not very clean and very old for me"

"This hotel has to be one of the dirtiest I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying in. When we arrived, we immediately noticed stains throughout the carpet and on the furniture. The bathroom was even worse—it appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned after a serious mess. There was visible splatter on the toilet seat, the base, and even on the floor where we were walking. After walking barefoot on the carpet for a short time (which I quickly regretted), I stepped into the shower and saw black footprints washing off my feet—it was that dirty. It was honestly disgusting. From that point on, we kept our sandals on at all times inside the room. What made it even more confusing was that our friends, who were staying in the room next to us, had a completely clean and well-maintained space. I’m not sure what happened with our room or the lack of proper cleaning, but based on this experience, I would have a hard time choosing to stay here again."

"Upon arrival on the property, the pictures on website are far from what reality is. No car in sight. Entered the lobby empty and seemed cold. No flowers in front of building like pictures show. Room had a smoke odor. The locks that usually are on the door for room was not there. Also no lock on the bathroom door. Beds were horrible. Water is scalding hot like fire to skin. If a child was to turn it on not knowing tbey would suffer from third degree burns. It is almost immediate. The pool light fixtire was hanging outside of socket in pool with the wires attached hanging in the pool. Possibility for electrocution. When walking into the pool there were froot loops and other items on the pool floor. I was very upset and disgusted. We checked in at 5pm and checked out at 6:45pm same day and went to another hotel. One that actuality matched the photos on internet. I cant get my money back but i wish i cn get at least half. Oh and i forgot, they had the audacity to ask for a security deposit in case of damages, like what else could be possibly damaged. "
