"Staff friendly, breakfast was ok, i stayed 6 days, it was same everyday without change. Very upset with pool, the reason i booked here was pool. It was ice cold when i complained they turned on heat. It was starting to warm up when i left. I never got to swim."

"Staff was horrible. Waited 15 min and had to yell down the hall for someone to check us in. Then right as we was going to head to bed we looked for bedding for the pull out bed in the suite we booked nothing was in the room. So, we went to front desk asked for blankets and pillows. We was told he could only give us the blankets that pillows don’t come with the sofa bed. Their policy states no extra pillows. So, they couldn’t give us a pillow. "

"This hotel has rooms under renovation so arriving in a middle of a bit of a mess. Room was renovated, but with very bad workmanship. No breakfast. Hopefully management will pay attention to the workmanship and details when they work ln those rooms."
