Front desk person said they had no rooms on first floor - she was absolutely NOT helpful & constantly contradicted herself. "Sometimes, it’s the small things that matter: the sheets were super soft, the black out shades were awesome, the shower head water pressure was incredible, there was a long, narrow shelf for my toiletries just under the bathroom mirror, the vinyl flooring was a great alternative to carpet (that is nasty in some hotels), and there multiple hooks to hang my various travel bags."

"Some of the parking lot security lights were out. My room keys had to be reprogrammed 4 times over a two night stay. The room-darkening curtains wouldn’t close so the maintenance staff had to fix it. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. This is the second time we have stayed there.
