"My husband grabbed a snack bar by the buffet area, he didn’t know that it’s not part of the complimentary breakfast. Later, we saw the sign “Honesty Bar”. It’s quite sarcastic because nothing was in English except for that, it would be fair if there’re price tags letting people aware of it. We travel there with the main purpose of using the Bath, but was told that it was closed for annual maintenance until the last day of our stay. It would be nice for the Hotel to mention something in the information section before we paid for the stay."

"Good hotel, off to the side of the hustle and bustle but yet safe. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and staff very friendly. The internet was unstable and there is no AC which was an issue as it was a very hot day. However, they provided a fan which helped. Be aware that they have an elevator from the reception to you room but there’s a flight of stairs from the front door to the reception which was difficult for us with large bags."

"Very good stay over all the only thing which was disappointing. Is the website states that breakfast is included for all, when we arrive we found out that we had to pay an extra €25 per day"

"Room was clean. Shower and sink are in one part. Toilet is in another part. So, there is facility for hand washing in Toilet. You need to come out and go to the other part for hand wash. There in elevator so, if you are going with big checked baggage, be prepare."

"The hotel was impeccably clean and I slept like I hadn't slept in weeks. I did not have the breakfast, but it's apparently legendary. My only issue was with the self-check-in. The person in the check-in area simply repeated that I self-check in through the computer in the check-in area. I didn't book directly with the hotel so my reservation number did not work. I asked for help and I simply received the repeated reply of "self-check on the computer." Had this person clicked even one button for me, I would have been able to take it from there. As it was, it took me nearly 20 minutes of trying and failing, asking for help, looking for alternative means of checking in, etc. Eventually, I was able to check in through trial and error and everything was fine after that. But after a long day of traveling, this experience was incredibly frustrating and the staff member was seemingly quite averse to even getting me started in the right direction. Again, everything else about the hotel was absolutely fabulous."

"Rooms very basic , could do with a refurb, staff were lovely though , breakfast was nice and it was well positioned in the town close to restaurants and not too far from the train station"

"Love the location. Park nearby and nice walk along a creek. Shutter on the window works as a fridge - until it warms up. In the rain, it would have been nice to do check in inside"
