"We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view. Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place."

"It's hard to tell you how much this place is perfect. The place was so clean, the room was perfect and the location just beautiful in front of the lake. The staff at the restaurant was so nice and the breakfast buffet was just right! Come for the views, the proximity from the mountains, the cleanliness and the amenities. Thank you again!"

Much needed after all our hiking. If you can handle the steep, windy, narrow roads leading up to the village it’s all worth it!!"

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "Firstly A Massive Thanks to the staff especially Atesh, the best receptionist for my whole swiss travel trip. He is fluent in multiple languages. Fun and helpful and even suggested a great restaurant with the reservation service for me and my partner. The room is large and clean. Comfortable bed. Nearby with lots of supermarkets to choose from within 3mins walking to each of them. Breakfast was great in quality but could have more dishes to offer if possible. "Beautiful view from the rooms and very quiet. Easy to get to the hotel by catching the 21 or 24 bus from Thun station. Restaurant is okay, I think there’s better dining options located in Thun. "

"Linda and Dani were the most amazing hosts! It was the best experience I had in Switzerland. Very authentic and they went above and beyond taking care of me. I was a solo traveler and it felt like home! I highly recommend this hotel. So many memories and Dani always had a new surprise for me waiting! Easy walk to bus station to go to Interlaken Main. The dogs and kitty were an added bonus!!!!"
