"Undeclared building works at hotel put the entire catering out of action. Couldn’t get so much as a coffee. One had to transit through ground floor building works just to reach reception passing unsafe working practices (eg: angle grinder throwing hot shards across walkways) & materials storage (trip fall hazards by doorways) on the way. Breakfast was served at hotel 10 minutes away. Expedia & the hotel should have made this clear at the time of booking."

"For a hotel to call itself an airport hotel and include 'free shuttle' in the advertising and then not have any shuttle runs during the afternoon is inexcusable. On top of that, the excuse from the front desk staff was repeated over and over 'The decision came from higher up so it's not our fault.""

"Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC."
