"We had an overall pleasant stay. The buildings and facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and the surroundings are very nice.
A couple of small things could improve the experience. The background music was playing constantly and quite loudly, with many speakers around the property. While background music is fine, it sometimes felt a bit overwhelming, especially in the restaurant where it mixed with the general noise level. There was also music playing outside near our room around 10 pm.
We also had dinner in the restaurant. The staff were friendly, but the service felt a bit unstructured and inexperienced. Our reservation was at 8 pm and after being seated we quickly received a small starter, but then waited about 1 hour and 20 minutes for the main course, even though we had ordered tartare. It seemed like our table may have been forgotten.
Overall a nice place, but a bit more attention to the smaller details would make the experience even better."
"The staff was horrible. I think her name is Gabriela. I have never been treated like this anywhere around the world.
I needed to change hotel. I will never recommend this place to anyone and she should not work with any type of service. "
"The room was standard, outdated, the bathroom had tiny long bugs on the floor that scattered when the lights turned on. The breakfast was lackluster. "
