"While the front desk staff was kind, they had several friends hanging out in the lobby while I checked in. The condition of the building was run down and wore out. There were several homeless people living out of cars in the rear parking lot. There was some sort of altercation on the side of the building and several police were onsite when I arrived. There area around the building felt unsafe and there were no amenities nearby for food or entertainment. Ultimately I forfeited my money and left...

"We have a family of 7 and have stayed here a couple times when passing through Denver and really like that they has a suit big enough for everyone in the family to be in. Everything was clean, pool and exercise room are great, and their breakfast is amazing."

"Arrived at the hotel about 4 a.m. after being relocated from another hotel that canceled our reservation. The hotel clerk who had spoke with Expedia's relocation services said she could not find our name in their system even though the email from Expedia showed our name and that Expedia submitted payment to the hotel. My wife, who was completely frustrated by this point, pulled out her credit card to pay for the room even though Expedia had already paid for it. I had to make several calls until...

"Staff was quick to help to add person to the room and check in was quick. Room was typical and did not add my member number to my account. Charge for amenities. Room served its purpose to catch flight in the am."
