"The room and property were clean and situated in a beautiful location. The only inconvenience I experienced was with the check-in instructions. Although the instructions were sent prior to arrival, since I was arriving late, I had to call and ask about the late check-in process. The staff was helpful and explained everything over the phone, but a simple text or email with the instructions would have been more convenient."

"This was unbelievable!! I was already going to write a great review because of the location and also because we received two free wonderful breakfast packages for both mornings before our hikes. But then upon checking in we were upgraded to the most gorgeous room, spacious, clean and just stunning. As well the staff and manager couldn’t be more beautiful people. What a wonderful place for us to enjoy Mt Rainier!!! 5 +++ stars"

"This was the only room available on Labor Day so we took it! had a rough start because nobody was there to let me in/answer the 24 hour phone number, but, sounds like it is not a regular occurrence and the staff was actually really nice. I got the family studio suite and while we weren’t a full family (just us two), it seemed like something could fit four. It was spacious with a dining table and all of the kitchen equipment. The room was definitely a bit dated, but it was clean and the beds were decent. The shower was nice and hot! I wouldn’t call it fancy , but it did the job!"

"The hot tub was amazing. The tranquility of the lodging was greatly appreciated. There were overhand ceiling fans and a fan for use. The windows would also open to reduce the temperature. However, because of the heat and the steps, we did not use the bedroom upstairs. We only used the beddings on the bottom floor. The mattresses were fine for kids or people with good backs. But our family have bad backs and two days at the lodging was difficult out for us."
